We are so happy to announce that as of 01 February 2016 Summerwood at Pinehurst Home Owner’s Association launched its new website.

Not only will we have a Latest News posts that will keep the public up-to-date with special events and news articles regarding Summerwood at Pinehurst, we  have also designed a special Notices section, informing the local village residence of important updates, bulletins and warnings. All notices will be available to the public as well.

Events

Our Events page takes you to our interactive Calendar App. Here you can see upcoming events hosted by or sponsored by Summerwood at Pinehurst. You will also have the ability to instantly add the event to your own Online Calendar App (e.g. Google Calendar) with a singe click or download the .ical file straight to your computer or mobile device.

Documents

The Document section of this website contains our constitution, rules of conduct, architectural/design requirements & procedures, as well as municipal and services documentation. This too will be available to the public.
